Chakrika is a mobile application designed for the GPS-based tracking of election duty officers in India. It offers both online and offline tracking modes, ensuring that location data is accurately captured and transmitted to a central server according to a specified schedule. Users must log in to the app to start tracking, and while offline, location data is stored locally until the device reconnects to the internet.
